Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

When will my order ship?

We ship from Tel Aviv twice a week — usually Sunday and Wednesday. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order goes out.

How long does shipping take?

Local: 1–3 business days (Next day delivery)
International (EMS): 4–10 business days
International (Eco Post): 7–14 business days
Shipping times vary based on location and customs. We track everything.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get tracking info by email. If it’s missing or unclear, email us at info@ultra-complex.com

What size should I get?

Each product page has a full size guide.
If you’re not sure, send us your waist size and how you like it to fit — we’ll help.

What happens if my order is returned to you?

If it comes back because of an address issue or missed pickup, we can resend it (you’ll just cover shipping).
Or we can refund you, minus the original shipping, once the item returns to us.

Can I model or collaborate with Ultra?

We don’t take model or collab requests through DMs or email. If we’re interested in working together, we’ll reach out.

Are the swimwear items lined?

Yes. All swimwear has a double-layered front for support. The back is single-layered for a clean, sculpted fit.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items come back, some don’t.
Sign up for restock alerts on the product page, or follow us on Instagram for updates.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We only accept returns if we sent the wrong item or if there’s a clear issue.
No returns for size, color, or change of mind.
If something’s wrong, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No. One code per order.
