What are the shipping options?
Pick Up from our Studio (Tel Aviv) – Free.
Eco-Post – Affordable tracked international shipping, usually 2–4 weeks.
EMS Express – Priority tracked shipping, usually 5–10 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details. For international tracking, we recommend ParcelsApp ↗
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — within 2 hours of purchase or before shipment, whichever comes first. After that, changes and cancellations aren’t possible.
Do I need to pay customs or taxes?
Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. They’re not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some products return, others don’t. Each sold-out product has a waiting list — sign up to get notified if it’s restocked. We decide restocks based on demand, so the more people sign up, the more likely it is to come back. Best way to stay updated is to join the list and follow us on Instagram.
Do you offer discount codes?
We sometimes release codes for special drops, events, or newsletter sign-ups. Sign up for emails ↗ to get first access.
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
Swimwear, intimate apparel, custom pieces, and sale items are final sale.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Email us within 7 days of delivery (with photos if possible). In most cases, we’ll refund or replace without asking you to send the item back. If we do need it returned, we’ll cover the shipping.
How do exchanges work?
We don’t process direct exchanges. The fastest way: return your item, then place a new order for the size or color you want.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after your return is received and inspected. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
